Sohu.com Limited successfully conducted its annual general meeting, where shareholders elected three Class I Directors and ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The elected directors and auditor received a majority of shareholder votes, ensuring continuity in the company’s governance and financial oversight.
