Software Circle Stakeholder Reduces Shareholding

Grafenia (GB:SFT) has released an update.

Software Circle PLC has reported that their stakeholder, P&R REAL VALUE, has decreased its holding from 55,736,389 to 47,336,389 ordinary shares, now representing 12.13% of the company. This change comes after an increase in Software Circle’s share price and due to a fund restriction on the maximum value of a single holding that P&R REAL VALUE can maintain. Software Circle, a UK firm, specializes in acquiring vertical market software businesses and aims to preserve their entrepreneurial culture post-acquisition.
