Soco Corporation Ltd (AU:SOC) has released an update.
Sebastian Anthony Rizzo, Director of SOCO Corporation Ltd, has altered his relevant interests in the company’s securities, purchasing 86,933 ordinary shares on the market for $8,693.30, at $0.10 each. The acquisition was made through Beanseri Pty Ltd as trustee for the Beanseri Superannuation Fund, increasing their holding to 182,142 ordinary shares, while Rizzo’s direct and other indirect holdings in SOCO remained unchanged.
