SOCO Corporation Ltd has announced that Director Sebastian Anthony Rizzo has increased his direct and indirect holdings in the company. Rizzo acquired an additional 90,658 ordinary shares at $0.105 each, through an on-market trade, bringing his indirect interest via the Beanseri Superannuation Fund to a total of 90,658 shares. There were no disposals, and his direct holdings remained unchanged at 42,553 shares.
