SOCO Corporation Ltd has announced a change in Director Sebastian Anthony Rizzo’s interest, revealing an increase in his indirect holdings. Rizzo acquired an additional 13,037 ordinary shares at $0.10 each, through an on-market trade, for the Beanseri Superannuation Fund, of which he is a beneficiary and company secretary. This transaction has raised the total number of shares held in the fund to 195,179 ordinary shares.
