Soco Corporation Ltd has reported a change in the substantial holdings of Beostemis Pty Ltd and its trustee Stevan Simovic, resulting from the dilution of their voting power. This change occurred due to the issuance of new shares to support the acquisition of Axsym Technology Pty Ltd. Despite the dilution, Beostemis Pty Ltd and Stevan Simovic maintain their interest in 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares, now representing a 14.50% voting power in the company.
