Society Pass Incorporated witnessed a shift in its leadership as board members John Mackay and Linda Cutler, along with secretary Peter DiChiara, stepped down without any conflicts regarding the company’s operations. Simultaneously, the board expanded from four to ten directors, welcoming New Directors Travis Washko, Loic Gautier, Michael Freed, Vincent Puccio, Mark Carrington, and Michael Dunn—all bringing diverse expertise from technology and e-commerce to education and financial services. Key appointments include Puccio as the new secretary and Carrington, Puccio, and Washko to the audit committee, with Carrington as its financial expert. Dunn, Carrington, and Freed will shape the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, while Freed, Dunn, and Puccio will helm the Remuneration Committee.
