Societe Generale has altered its voting rights in Network International Holdings PLC, with a new total of 6.4931% post an acquisition or disposal event reported on June 27, 2024. The change reflects a decrease from the previous notification, where Societe Generale held 7.1231% of the voting rights. This adjustment is due to a crossing of the threshold on August 18, 2023, and has been formally corrected in the latest notification.
