Snowline Gold Corp. has announced a significant C$25.0 million private placement of flow-through shares, managed by co-lead underwriters Cormark Securities Inc. and BMO Capital Markets. The proceeds will finance Canadian exploration expenses for the company’s gold projects in the Yukon, with the offering expected to close around April 23, 2024.
