Sndl Inc. (SNDL) has released an update.
SNDL Inc. and Nova Cannabis have finalized the transfer of four Dutch Love stores to Nova, expanding Nova’s total store count to 99 and SNDL’s portfolio to 188 cannabis retail locations. The deal was settled with Nova issuing $8.179 million in shares to SNDL. This strategic move is set to strengthen Nova’s market presence in British Columbia, as they rebrand these locations under their Value Buds banner, aiming to offer competitive pricing in the cannabis retail space.
