The World Bank’s tribunal ruled that Venezuela breached international investment agreements, and now Smurfit Westrock is set to pursue the full award value. CEO Tony Smurfit expressed satisfaction with the tribunal’s decision, underscoring the significant impact of the seizure on the company and its stakeholders.
