Smurfit Kappa Reports Major Holdings Change

Smurfit Kappa (GB:SKG) has released an update.

Smurfit Kappa Group PLC, a Dublin-based company, has reported a change in major holdings with Norges Bank of Oslo, Norway crossing the 5% threshold of voting rights. After the acquisition or disposal of financial instruments, Norges Bank now holds a total of 6.60% in voting rights, a minor adjustment from the previous notification. The change in holdings was officially notified to the company and the Central Bank of Ireland on the 24th of June, 2024.
