Smoore International Holdings Limited has announced the purchase of 3,372,000 shares for its Share Award Scheme at an average price of HK$8.4421 per share, totaling approximately HK$28.46 million. This acquisition, conducted on June 7, 2024, increases the total shares held by the Trustee to about 1.5733% of the company’s issued shares. The move allows the company’s board or committee to grant Awarded Shares to selected participants at its discretion.
