Smoore International Holdings Limited has announced the acquisition of 6,144,000 shares at an average price of HK$8.1186 per share, for a total consideration of HK$49,880,540, as part of their Share Award Scheme. The purchase increases the total number of shares held by the Trustee to 27,596,775, which represents 0.4496% of the company’s issued shares. The shares will be granted to selected participants under the terms of the Scheme, which aims to incentivize eligible employees.
