Smith & Nephew Snats (SNN) has released an update.

Smith & Nephew plc has announced that as of August 31, 2024, the company’s total issued share capital comprises 877,703,666 ordinary shares, with 3,330,919 shares held in treasury. Shareholders have been advised that the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 874,372,747, which should be used as the denominator for calculations regarding changes in shareholding interests according to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
