Smith & Nephew plc has disclosed its total issued share capital as of June 30, 2024, to be 877,687,952 ordinary shares, which includes 3,337,719 treasury shares. Shareholders should use the total of 874,350,233 ordinary shares with voting rights as the denominator for calculating changes in their stake as per the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
