Smith & Nephew Announces Share Capital Update

Smith & Nephew Snats (SNN) has released an update.

Smith & Nephew plc has reported to the SEC that as of September 30, 2024, their issued share capital consists of 877,703,666 ordinary shares, which includes 3,329,555 treasury shares. The shares entitle the holders to one vote per share, with a total of 874,374,111 shares being the figure shareholders should use to determine their notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
