Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation has announced the closure of its register of members from June 25 to June 28, 2024, for the purpose of determining shareholder eligibility to vote at its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders must complete all share transfers and submit necessary documents by June 24, 2024, to participate in the AGM. The eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM is set for shareholders listed on the register as of June 28, 2024, for Hong Kong Shares, and June 24, 2024, for RMB Shares.
