SMI Vantage Limited Faces SGX-ST Delisting

SMI Vantage Limited (SG:Y45) has released an update.

SMI Vantage Limited has announced that their request for an additional year to meet the Singapore Exchange’s (SGX-ST) exit criteria has been rejected. As a consequence, the company’s securities will be suspended starting September 2, 2024, with a delisting to follow after an exit offer is completed. The company is in discussions regarding next steps and will keep shareholders informed on the progress.
