SMI Vantage Limited has been denied an additional 12-month extension to exit the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) Watch-List and will be delisted following its continued net losses and declining market capitalization. The SGX-ST has called for a suspension of the company’s securities starting 2 September 2024 and requires a fair exit offer to be proposed to shareholders. The company is currently exploring options, including a potential appeal against the delisting decision.
