SMI Vantage Limited, after acquiring a new company Whisky Cask Club Pte. Ltd., has failed to secure a further extension for delisting from the SGX-ST Watch-List, with the SGX-ST rejecting their application due to the company’s sustained net losses and a shrinking market cap, currently at S$13.86 million. The company, which has been on the Watch-List since December 2019, has been unable to meet the required exit criteria and now faces delisting.
