Smartgroup Corporation Ltd has announced the appointment of Jason King as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective 20 May 2024. King brings over 20 years of financial industry experience to the role, having significantly contributed to the growth of Lendi Group. Concurrently, Anthony Dijanosic, the outgoing CFO, will transition to lead Smartgroup’s Salary Packaging, Employee Benefits, and Fleet as Group Executive, aligning with the company’s strategic priorities set earlier in the year.
