Bernt Ulstein, a board member of SmartCraft ASA, has sold 565,000 shares of the company at NOK 31.69 each via his company B.Ulstein AS, which now holds over 10 million shares. SmartCraft is a leading provider of SaaS solutions to the construction sector in the Nordic region, boasting over 13,000 customers and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange since 2021.
