SmartCraft ASA has actively purchased 21,793 of its own shares between July 24 and August 1, 2024, at an average price of NOK 29.8796, as part of its share buy-back program announced on May 7, 2024. The program, which aims to buy back shares for a maximum consideration of NOK 15,000,000, will run until the company’s Annual General Meeting in 2025. With these recent transactions, SmartCraft ASA has accumulated a total of 516,496 shares under the buy-back program.
