Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. partners with veritree to plant 150,000 trees as part of an eco-friendly initiative, directly aiding reforestation efforts in areas of British Columbia affected by wildfires. The specialty sleep retailer’s Green Glove Delivery service will contribute to this environmental cause by planting a tree for each delivery, with the dual benefit of recycling old mattresses and reducing waste. The project not only aims to revive Canadian forests but also intends to support local communities, including collaboration with the Tsilhqot’in First Nation.
