Skyworth Completes Major Equity Disposal Deal

Skyworth Digital Holdings (HK:0751) has released an update.

Skyworth Group Limited has announced the sale of its 10% equity interest in an undisclosed Target Company to LG Display (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. for RMB1,300 million. The transaction makes Skyworth completely exit its investment in the Target Company, with no expected impact on the Group’s profit for the year ending 2024. This deal is classified as a discloseable transaction, necessitating public reporting due to its significance under the Listing Rules.
