SkyWater Technology, Inc. has infused fresh perspectives into its Board of Directors by appointing Dennis J. Goetz and Joseph J. Humke, who will commence their roles on April 1, 2024. Both new members, recognized as independent under Nasdaq rules, will contribute until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Goetz is set to join the Audit Committee, while Humke will be part of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Their compensation aligns with the standard policy for non-employee directors, and they will be entering into the company’s standard indemnification agreement.
