Skymark Airlines Inc. has decided to implement a new restricted stock compensation plan for its directors, excluding external ones, to align their interests with sustainable corporate value growth and shareholder value. A total of 16,200 shares will be disposed of to seven directors at 733 JPY per share, with restrictions on transferability to last between one to three years. This move is seen as a strategy to incentivize executives to perform in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
