SkyCity COO Converts Share Rights to Ordinary Shares

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (SKYZF) has released an update.

SkyCity Entertainment Group’s COO, Callum James Mallett, has completed transactions involving the company’s financial products, converting Restricted Share Rights into 7,309 directly owned Ordinary Shares, as per the Performance Incentive Plan for the fiscal year 2022. The transactions, which took place on September 23, 2024, resulted in Mallett’s relevant interest in the company changing from 11,982 Restricted Share Rights to holding 7,309 Ordinary Shares.
