Sky Gold Corp. has updated investors on its agreement with Delta Resources Ltd. for the Horne and Laurie properties in Ontario. Delta Resources will obtain a 100% interest and assume all obligations, including a 2.0% NSR royalty, while Sky Gold retains a 1.0% NSR with a buyback option. Additionally, Sky Gold received 1.4 million Delta shares and $75,000 as part of the deal.
