Sky Blue 11 Company Limited, previously known as Balk 1798 Group Limited, has reported that at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 6, 2024, most resolutions were passed by shareholders, except for the re-election of two directors. All financial statements and reports were approved, and the board was authorized to fix director remuneration and to manage share repurchases and issuance. The AGM also highlighted a change in the Board’s composition and noted non-compliance with listing rules.
