Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited has officially appointed Qin Zhang to its Board of Directors, where she will also serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. The agreement, effective from September 20, 2024, outlines her responsibilities, compensation at RMB20,000 annually, and confidentiality obligations, with provisions for the agreement’s termination and the handling of confidential information post-termination. Zhang’s directorship includes a commitment to non-competition and non-interference with the company’s business for specified periods after her term ends.
