Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited has entered into an agreement with purchasers to sell $1 million in 6% Promissory Notes, maturing in 12 months with interest payable annually. The company and the purchasers have made representations and warranties to each other, confirming authority and legal binding of the agreement, and the notes will be subject to U.S. securities laws and bear standard restrictive legends.
