Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited has appointed Mr. Peng Wang to its Board of Directors and promoted Mr. Bin Fu to Chairman of the Board, filling the vacancies created by Mr. Xiaofeng Gao’s resignation. Mr. Wang brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as CFO of Puxin Education & Technology Group and his academic background in international finance. The company believes Mr. Wang’s extensive background in education and technology sectors will be a valuable asset to the board.
