Sk Telecom (SKM) has released an update.
SK Telecom Co., Ltd. has reported the approval of financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, noting a substantial total equity and operating income, and has declared a solid year-end dividend for shareholders. In addition, the company announced amendments to its Articles of Incorporation, aligning with the Korea Listed Companies Association’s model articles and enhancing dividend distribution predictability for shareholders. These changes include provisions for equal dividend distribution across all shares and revised notification periods for Board meetings and dividend record dates.
