Siyata Mobile Inc. has successfully closed a $6.0 million public offering, consisting of common shares and pre-funded warrants priced at $0.58 per share. The company, known for its Push-to-Talk over Cellular handsets, plans to allocate the raised capital for working capital, general corporate purposes, marketing and advertising services, and potential future acquisitions. Dominari Securities LLC facilitated the offering as the sole placement agent.
