Sitka Gold Corp Expands Yukon Gold Project

Sitka Gold Corp. (TSE:SIG) has released an update.

Sitka Gold Corp. has announced its acquisition of full ownership of the Barney Ridge Property, which is part of the RC Gold Project in Yukon’s Tombstone Gold Belt, through an amending agreement. The deal includes a final payment of $60,000 and the issuance of 550,000 shares, with completion expected by May 15, 2024. This strategic move positions Sitka to capitalize on the Barney Ridge’s promising gold mineralization, which is similar to that found at the nearby Clear Creek property.
