Sirius Real Estate Limited has disclosed transactions by key management personnel, with CEO Andrew Coombs purchasing shares for his pension and now holding a 0.8274% stake, while Sharon Clarke-Wills, closely associated with Coombs, bought shares representing a 0.006% interest. Asset Management & Group Employee Engagement Director Craig Hoskins sold shares, leaving him with a 0.0335% stake in the company. All transactions were conducted in accordance with market regulations and were reported as initial notifications.
