Sirius Real Estate (GB:SRE) has released an update.
Sirius Real Estate Limited has announced a series of share subscriptions by senior management and connected persons following an accelerated bookbuild. CEO Andrew Coombs now holds a 0.7786% beneficial interest, while other key figures, including CFO Chris Bowman’s spouse and various directors, have also increased their stakes. The transactions, which are part of the company’s capital raising efforts, were conducted outside of trading venues and are in line with regulatory requirements.
