Sirius Real Estate has announced a dividend increase of 2.35% to €0.0305 per share for the six-month period ending 31 March 2024, marking a 6.5% rise in the total annual dividend. Shareholders can opt for a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) instead of a cash dividend, allowing them to acquire additional shares with their net dividend. Key dates for the dividend and DRIP are outlined, with the dividend payment scheduled for 25 July 2024, and shareholders must register by 28 June 2024 to be eligible.
