Sirius Real Estate Limited is planning to raise approximately £150 million through a non-pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares to fund its acquisition strategy in Germany and the UK. The company, which operates branded business parks and industrial complexes, is targeting a mix of institutional and retail investors through various placement strategies, including an accelerated book building process. This capital injection will drive Sirius’s portfolio growth by enabling the acquisition of assets that fit their high-return, value-added investment criteria.
