Sirios Resources Inc. has launched a summer exploration program at its Aquilon gold property in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec, in collaboration with Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd. The program includes a soil geochemical survey to identify new prospective targets and mechanical strippings for selected areas, with the aim to advance these targets to a drill-ready stage by early 2025. Sumitomo is financing the exploration and can earn an 80% interest in the project by investing $14.8 million.
