Sinotrans Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.145 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with the dividend to be paid in HKD at the rate of 0.15885 per share on October 15, 2024. The ex-dividend date is set for September 10, 2024, and shares must be lodged by September 11 for dividend entitlement. Moreover, a 10% withholding tax will apply to both non-resident corporate and individual shareholders.
