Sinotrans Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Yang Guofeng as a non-executive director, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting. Mr. Yang brings extensive experience in transportation and logistics, having held significant positions in related government bureaus and companies. Additionally, Sinotrans has rebranded its Strategic Committee to focus on Strategy and Sustainable Development to enhance corporate governance and long-term planning.
