Sinotrans Appoints New Chairpersons and Committees

Sinotrans Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Xiufeng as the new chairman of the board and Ms. Zhang Zhiyi as the chairman of the supervisory committee, with both positions carrying a three-year term starting from June 7, 2024. Additionally, the company has confirmed the election of members to its key board committees, including Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Strategy Committees.
