Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. has announced the closure of its member register from September 10 to September 13, 2024, in preparation for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for September 13, 2024. Shareholders must lodge all transfer documents by September 9 to be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM. A circular with more details on the EGM resolutions will be sent to shareholders in due course.
