Sinopharm Group Co (HK:1099) has released an update.
Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. announced an update to their final dividend for the 2023 financial year, declaring a dividend of RMB 0.87 per share, to be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.099, resulting in HKD 0.956 per share. Shareholders must note the ex-dividend date on 17 June 2024 and the payment date on 13 August 2024. Additionally, a 10% withholding tax will apply to non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, while Mainland investors through Stock Connect will face a 20% rate.
