Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for shareholders on September 13, 2024, where key resolutions will include the appointment of new non-executive and executive directors and the ratification of auditors’ remuneration. Shareholders are entitled to vote if registered by September 10 and may appoint proxies.
