Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. successfully held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on September 13, 2024, passing all proposed resolutions with overwhelming majority votes. The EGM resulted in the approval of new executive and non-executive directors, along with the appointment of domestic and international auditors for the year. Approximately 84.05% of the company’s shareholders were represented at the meeting, evidencing strong engagement and compliance with corporate governance standards.
