Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Chan Sze Ting as Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative effective 21 August 2024, following confirmation from the Stock Exchange that Mr. Liu is qualified under Rule 3.28. Ms. Xu Haiyan has been appointed to succeed Ms. Chan, bringing her legal expertise and experience within the company to the role. The company expressed its gratitude to Ms. Chan for her service and welcomed Ms. Xu to her new position.
